Nick sent the item and it arrived in physical condition as described. Unfortunately, the battery was not functioning properly. Nick worked with me to try and resolve but we ended up having to return as the battery issue was beyond his control. Nick was very responsive and initiated everything quickly. 10/10 would buy from again.
