Item received in condition it was described. Shipping was fast and very well packed. I had a couple of concerns when I received the device since it was new to me. These turned out to be general Samsung quirks related to that specific manufacturer. Still, despite my paranoia, seller was very fast to respond and help me figure out what was up and work through my issue. Would purchase from him again. Super nice, responsive, and honest guy.
