after a week of having the phone people on the other line were telling me that they continuously heard echos during phone calls. Also the speaker sound would sometimes not work . I figured it was just a random glitch here and there but it has worsened. I difficulty with calls and the speaker just doesn't work anymore. I would like a refund or exchange if possible.
