Phone took two hours over the phone and a trip to Verizon to get activated. Not sure where fault lies, but seller should have a way to check and be sure phone is s Squared away and ready to go for buyer. 4 stars for seller willing to make things right if problem continued.

Communication with seller was not pleasant. Response time was not satisfactory, especially when the shipping info wasn't correct (fault was on my end, but seller's comments were slow) and phone was advertised as unlocked, but it was actually locked. Responded back only via email. But by then, I had already contacted Apple and the carrier to unlock it MYSELF because I needed the phone pronto. Scratches on screen could not be seen on the photos. Phone does not function flawlessly because it lags occasionally where I tap on the phone and it's unresponsive. Would give rating of 1.5 star only because seller had lowered the price a bit upon initial request.

This phone came on time but was locked. Currently working with SQE Wireless to resolve this. A final rating will be posted once everything is resolved.

Seller gave me a refund after a defective item was sent but it took a while since communication was confusing at times. Swappa did a great job getting seller to communicate back with me. I'm not sure I would do business with seller again but will definitely use Swappa again.
