We didn't need to communicate much, but he responded promptly to my comment on the listing before I purchased it, and I never felt confused or in the dark at any point after that.

I bought the phone on the 11th in the evening and had it in my hands at noon on the 15th, and this was shipped 800 miles via UPS. To me that's plenty fast, but just thought I'd mention it.
