Shipped quickly. The phone was refurbished, but had a mild issue with the optical image stabilization, causing the camera to sometimes vibrate for a few seconds when the camera app was opened. This only happens very occasionally, and wouldn't necessarily have happened when testing the phone, so I don't fault the seller. The seller was quick to respond to my complaints and offer a refund, but I decided to keep the phone as is because it doesn't really effect my use of the phone.
