Phone is in good shape but listed as a T-Mobile phone T-Mobile rep confirmed is a locked Metro PCS phone. No resolution through seller.

Item had more "blemishes" than listed. Had some markings around the top of the rear camera lens that couldn't be seen from the listed photos. Considering the specs of the phone, not too big of a deal for a "fair" phone at the wanted price. Also, it didn't seem to really be shipped (as in with the shipping provider and not just printing the label and posting the tracking number) until two days *after* the Swappa processing time limit of two days after the sale. That's when I mentioned the tracking number not having any updates and it updated that night.

They sent a different phone than what was in the listing. Purchased an unlocked Google Pixel 3a according to the listing and received a Verizon Google Pixel 3a. The IMEI that is shown after you purchase a phone did not match the IMEI of the phone I received, as one would expect. Now I happen to use Verizon so that was fine and the phone was still in good condition. However, I brought this to the sellers attention and they just asked if there was anything wrong with the phone. Not a good response in my opinion. If I had shipped the wrong device I would have offered to pay for return shipping and then made sure to ship out the correct one upon receipt of the wrong one. Or if the buyer wanted to keep the phone, I would have given them some kind of partial refund for the mistake that I made at the very least. So even though the phone seems to work fine and I was able to activate it, I would NOT purchase from this seller again. Mistakes happen.... It's how you respond that matters....

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS, they cannot be trusted. They don't know what the hell they are talking about. They sold me a phone that was blacklisted. At first, i was understandable, and said mistakes happens. its ok, let me return the phone and get a full refund so i can buy another phone, but NOOOOOO. Seller refused the refund, and said my carrier blacklisted the phone. impossible. it's a fully paid for phone, Carriers do not blacklist fully paid phones. so it was reported lost or stolen after running the IMEI numbers. I had to wrangle out of this mess and file a dispute with Paypal after no response from them after 3 days, so Paypal agreed with me that i had been given a blacklisted phone after providing proof that it is and legally i had to give it back since it's lost or stolen. I had to fight all the way to the end. So, beware of this seller.
