Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased an iPhone XR for Sprint and during shipping, it was revealed that the IMEI was reported lost or stolen to the carrier. When discovered, seller was brutally slow to communicate. The phone didn't even belong to the seller and was actually his mother's phone on her account. I was refunded ultimately, however seller refused to answer to Swappa, PayPal, or myself in regards to return shipping fees I had to cover due to his unwillingness to reimburse. I would NOT purchase from this seller if you're a buyer.
