The Samsung watch I ordered arrived with a stuck dial. Due to my crazy schedule it was better to take it to repair it instead of sending it back. So my cost increased by 20 dollars due to cleaning the underside of the dial. I am giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as he may not have been aware of this situation. Other than that, the item was as per the photos therefore I am rating good the seller.
