Shipping was quick and seller was quick to respond to buyer. Only issue was the phone had damage that wasn't advertised. Seller denied presence of damage prior to shipping. Issued prompt partial refund. Other than that, it was a great transaction.

There are two surface scratches on the face of the phone that won't come out with rubbing with a dampened cloth. Otherwise, the phone looks clean, but considering the scratches, it's not quite "mint condition" as advertised by the seller. On the other hand, shipping was fast, and packaging was very secure.
