Thanks for the quick shipping and all the cushioning packing products. The product came and all the functionalities are absolutely immaculate. However, in 'mint' condition, the device has minor denting on one corner and some scratches along the edges; although it doesn't affect the efficacy of the product; it still had some 'wear' that wasn't mentioned in the description.

But other than that, good communication and quick shipping!
