I purchased this Galaxy S5 for my wife. I recieved the phone one Thursday and did not open it until my wife got home Saturday from Florida. As soon as she took the phone out we noticed that the bottom charging port door was missing. Which was not specified in the description or shown in any of the photos posted in the listing. The charging port looked a little burnt so I pulled the back cover and found that the plastic behind the charging port was melted. I immediately contacted the seller and informed him. He comes back with a $25 discount for a 5 star rating and blames me for the damage because it wasn't opened until Saturday when my wife got home from Florida. They offered a discount but denied knowing of any damage. Huh. The seller either knew or did not inspect the phone properly before listing and shipping it. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but it still upsets me. I refused to take the discount because I know the phone shipped to me damaged and I should receive a full refund.

Received the phone promptly and as described.
