The phone isn’t in as good of condition as described. The screen is partially open on top making me believe it was replaced. There’s a burn mark by the bottom speaker.Other than condition, they lied about the battery health. They claimed it was at 96% but was at 86%. Overall I’m not too happy.

This company is a FRAUD and sells STOLEN phones. I spent $600 on a phone through them and months later after doing a required software update my phone no longer worked. I called my service provider and they informed me that my phone was STOLEN and they couldn’t provide service to it. It was “BLACKLISTED”. After 4 weeks of trying to come to an agreement with Sunshine Mobile I still don’t have a phone or a refund. They don’t feel they should have to refund me the cost to replace the phone because it has a crack on the edge of the screen (which doesn’t affect the use of the phone). They won’t accept the fact that the reason the phone doesn’t work is because it is BLACKLISTED. It is LOCKED out from all cellular networks. It can’t be used because it is FRAUDULENT. It is STOLEN. This company is a SCAM. I would NOT suggest purchasing anything from them. I am out $600 and have NO phone! Complete RIP-OFF!
