This seller sold a lemon. Any attempts to claim a return and refund for a 30 days money back guarantee was met with hostility, lies and no accountability for which the swappa staff were unfortunately involved. After much dispute he offered only a fraction of the total price refund. Any buyers watch out for this guy. He will require you to report any issues immediately even if you haven’t yet receive the phone during shipping. Extremely unprofessional.
