Chris provided excellent communication from start to finish, was willing to split up his originally posted devices (Note 4 + Gear VR was being sold as bundle...and I'm admittedly kind of sad that I didn't grab the VR as well), worked with T-Mobile's Customer Service to provide the unlock code prior to sale, and the phone arrived in excellent condition with expected accessories.
