BUYERS BEWARE-BAD NEWS! Seller advertised a like new in box iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 with AppleCare extended warranty. Seller ships unit in retail box with no Apple stickers showing model or serial number. Four months after sale, the AppleCare warranty that he advertised as having two incidents was CANCELED, and the warranty now shows it expires a year earlier in 2021. When questioned, seller says he never said “AppleCare Plus”, yet admits he advertised the 2022 expiration date & 2 accidental incidents coverage. After much prodding, needless hassle, & his refusal to do anything, A Swappa intervention & suspension were necessary to force seller to accept a “not as described” return. Upon my return, seller promises to process the refund, but still drags his feet despite admitting he received the merchandise back as it was shipped to me. I’ve now had to contact PayPal to force a refund since the seller has chosen to play more games. Seller never once took responsibility for this epic failure.
