Phone exactly as described and shipped timely.

Very pleased with the phone. It arrived in great shape as advertised. The phone took longer to arrive than I expected, but that wasn't all the sellers fault. Apparently UPS had difficulty finding my address. Thanks Jeff.

Great is all I can say. Fast shipping and great communication. 5 stars plus.....

Phone works great and is in near mint condition just like the listing said. I paid extra for 1-day shipping but was unfortunately was given 2-day express. Thankfully the seller refunded me the shipping difference with no issues.

My only criticism would be how the phone was shipped. As a phone with a glass back and front I was hoping for a bit more security in the shipping. The phone was shipped in a plastic baggie which was then put inside of a soft envelope with padding and then put inside of another soft envelope without padding. I would have preferred to seen this shipped inside of box with some inserts for safety but thankfully it came in just fine. I can see how shipping the phone this way could have ended badly, however.
