This phone was beautiful...in the box all accessories we're factory wrapped. Great communication even via SMS and email. The seller is professional and personal in extra effort when UPS TOOK over 11 days and didn't post tracking numbers but Miguel was on it. He went the distance and I'm loving my phone. Great Seller!!! I NOW BOYCOTT UPS, THEY SCREWED UP MY AMAZON ORDER 2 OUT OF 3....this has the tendencies to make "us the community" look bad because they are so slow! Not a scratch or flaw on my new device!!!! Device was almost as described. Found some tiny spots at the back of the device and small imperfection at the bezel (left hand top). I use case so not a big deal. Overall experience with the seller was quite good. Shipping was extremely fast. He is a nice guy and very communicative too. Love doing business with him in future too.

Phone was not mint as described. Power button is hard to press will need replacing. Phone shows signs of wear missing color on some spots on the phone.
