I received the phone very quickly (considering it was a holiday week). The device was packaged securely, and in the condition promised. The only flaw I can see on it is a barely visible, 2mm-long scratch on the screen, and that's well worth what I saved buying it used. And the blue color wasn't my first choice, but I really like it. I'm happy!
