Pretty challenging and a reminder of why buying used can be quite stressful. Long shipping lead time (over a week before it departed, had to contact seller to get shipment information at all), and phone arrived with a lock on it (again, had to contact seller to reset the phone).

Item arrived exactly as described by seller. Item shipped 2 days later than required shipping deadline/seller-commented shipping day

Sold as new. But sent scratched up screen, missing charger, obviously used and abused. After starting a Paypal dispute, he quickly apologized and refunded a portion of sale to compensate for the damages. Not a seller I would trust. Ask for lots of pictures to verify condition.
