Good price, item in great condition

AC adapter not working, so had to buy a new one, but console in great condition. Communication with seller and swappa staff about this was not great. I was given the option to send back everything for a full refund, but no help when it came to substituting just the least expensive piece in the set, so this purchase ended up costing me an extra $30. Not a big deal but I was hoping to get better assistance.
