The seller could have been better on his communication. Could have been better at answering questions and responding to comments and whatnot. That said, the process was pretty painless and the shipping was fast, so that was nice. I've only had 2 quite really minor issues with this tablet. One, with the touchscreen, but that might be because i have a tempered glass screen protector on it and the other issue is with the quick share feature which comes pre-installed on modern samsung devices. I just updated Quick Share last night, so it seems to be working fine during the couple times i have used the feature since updating it. Also, it seems that turning off the device and then turning it back on generally fixes the issue with both the touchscreen registering non-existent touches and the quick share feature. Overall, I would give this seller a 4/5. Deducting a star for communication.
