phone was in perfect condition, functions flawlessly and it was packaged safely. it was shipped VERY fast (like an hour and a half after I ordered it in mid afternoon). I had a little trouble activating it but that's just because sprint's desktop site is a pile of crap. great experience overall would buy again.
