Bowen.c is a great seller from everything I can tell. I read the comments prior to buying an iphone from this seller and nearly all were consistent with my experience: the item arrived as pictured. In fact, the back of the phone was better than expected given a blurry picture of it in the listing. The swappa rating (fair, good, mint, new) given by the seller was appropriate to the condition it arrived in, and what I would have rated it. The seller started the shipping label the same day I purchased it. All functions on the phone are working, which makes it hassle free for me and meets what I expected. I would prefer that the seller include more pictures on his listings and provide more descriptive information under the “damage description” portion of the listing rather than saying no damage. However, those are my preferences as a buyer and the phone came as expected so I have no further qualms. I would recommend this seller!
