Avoid at all costs. Device was listed wrong (Chinese model # w/ no 4g support in north america). Could have been an honest mistake, so I politely offered to ship back for a refund. Seller argued before begrudgingly accepting these terms. USPS confirmed the device was delivered to his doorstep, but the seller lied to PayPal saying he didn't receive it. Never communicated with me again, and didn't process the refund. After a month of appeals, Paypal forcibly withdrew the money to process my refund. Save yourself the headaches and buy from someone who respects the swappa community.

The phone was received as described, but did not include the charger or cable as originally listed in the sale. He agreed to refund $10 to cover the cost of buying a new one, but never responded again and never sent the $10.

Bad transaction, phone was sold as a verizon 5s (which comes GSM factory unlocked) but this was an actual only Att phone.. Would not buy again from seller..
