Please beware buying from this seller. He is a horrible seller. He advertised phone as T-Mobile however when I received it, it was a Spectrum phone. The seller never responded and I had to file a claim through PayPal. Only after filing a claim he asked me to ship the product back and promised me to reimburse the shipping costs. After the phone was shipped back and delivered, the seller never responded back again till date

He wasted a month of my time, caused me a lot of anxiety and stress during this period by not responding at all. I also lot $22 in shipping charges for no fault of my own. This is the first negative experience for me on Swappa, makes me think about purchasing from here again
