Very easy, I ordered it and everything arrived as expected - the product was in very good condition and has worked really well so far. It also came with all accessories listed. The only thing not mentioned were some scratches behind the stand on the Surface Pro, but other than that it was in perfect condition and I am very satisfied with the product.
