After purchasing this item from this user, there was never any updates about shipping or replies to my comments about the sale. After almost a month I get a message saying the package was returned to sender and was refunded. I mentioned I would still like to purchase the item but he stopped responding. Probably listed item on eBay and sold it there instead. First bad experience on Swappa.

Not fully working but for what I paid it's fine just wish I had known

Major Lack of Communication from Seller.
Purchased Item April 26th - Did not receive item until May 12th.

Seller never posted any shipment information and did not reply to any update inquiries from me or any Swappa Rep. Tempted to 1 star sell. However, item was received (Albeit very late) in the condition described by seller ( have yet to use it extensively).
Swappa rep recommended I file a dispute with PayPal and have my payment refunded back. I was about to do so, then I received the item in the afternoon.

Fast shipping. The item was better than I expected.

Well initially there was lack of communication ...but there was a genuine reason behind it.. And when it comes to the product it's perfect .
