Package arrived extremely quick and tablet was in perfect condition

Everything went great, fast shipping, iphone 13 pro max was in like new condition, the cases have a cigarette/cigar order, im sure I can clean them.

Excellent

The Good: Phone was perfect. Like new condition with all the accessories and extras, just like the description. Even had the original screen protective wrapper on it.

The Okay: Shipping. Took longer to get here than any other phone I've bought on Swappa. Not horrible, since it still got here in 5 days (which included the day he shipped it), but a few more dollars should have been spent for 2-day Priority shipping from USPS.

The Bad: Communication. Not ONE message from the seller with any type of information, like when he'd expect to ship or who he'd use. No updates. Not even a "thank you". I've gotten all that, and more from other sellers here on Swappa.

Timely receipt and all is as listed.

Phone was in amazing mint condition and works perfectly however it was wrongly listed as an unlocked US997 when in fact it was the US Cellular version and the seller did not respond to my request for several days to confirm which one it was before I bought it.
