My wife's new Sony Xperia phone is now up and running. It is both beautiful and outstanding. It was described by this seller as "mint," and it is perfect! The seller was prompt and a good communicator. I will specifically look for this seller on Swappa the next time I need another Sony Xperia phone. (And I will not buy another brand of mobile phone.) Hmm... My daughter's phone is starting to age, and her birthday is coming up...

The laptop condition physically is good. I checked and run few test on the laptop and everything seems to be good. First, time using swappa and i am just happy to deal with a reliable seller.

USPS really dropped the ball on this one, but CTT worked very hard to make it right. Do not hesitate to deal with this seller, I can't recommend him enough. Phone was in like new condition, as described.

Seller got back to me after midnight the same night I contacted him and had the phone express-mailed to me (no charge!) the very next day. Device seems to be as "mint" condition as advertised. I have not found any problems.
