The listing claimed that phone 4 was in mint condition.. but after I received wifi was not working and thus I had to update the IOS also the bottom part phone has little bit of scratches too it is not as advertised.

Seller reneged on offer to accept return, but I was leaving US for vacation and did read some feedback that returns don't go so smoothly.

Nevertheless, I was glad it worked finally and hope it keeps on working for at least year

The product description is accurate, but shipping service is very bad. It took a week for the phone to arrive and we are in the same states. Get the option for the buyers to choose the type of shipping.

Had a good and quick experience. Phone looks good and seems to have matched up exactly as shown. Just started using it yesterday and works well thus far. I feel it was a solid purchase and will continue to be. I recommend the seller for future purchases.

Deceptive, scamming seller - avoid!!!

Listing claimed phone was "in mint condition like new 10/10 flawless it works perfectly [...]" Not as advertised. Seller reneged on offer to accept return and refund shipping. Even subsequent listing changed to 9.5/10 - still misleading in my judgement.

Nevertheless, I'm grateful to Tony McAfee and Swappa for ensuring this transaction came to closure accordingly.
