The description did not accurately describe the condition of the phone. There was more physical damage than described including multiple scratches on the screen and a chip in the back of the case and scratches along the edge of the entire phone. Should have been priced accordingly. Despite these facts I need the phone for wifi calling and it fit the bill. I will not be returning
