Only 1 issue: I asked seller if they could ship on Monday, they responded that yes they would ship it on Monday; it wasn't shipped until Tuesday. It isn't about the delay, it's about following through on what was said and communicating with the other party if that becomes impossible. Things can change and I had just purchased the phone the Sunday night before the aforementioned Monday but a quick explanation message would have alleviated the problem.
In all, seller was prompt to reply to communication and provided priority usps shipping. Phone was in the condition that was stated, pictures and description were accurate. The packaging it arrived in was adequate and secure.

Device was as described and in good shape. I did have to reach out about the shipping status of the device past 3 days, but it was packed well and activated straightaway.
