Item description was inaccurate, some items didn't work properly. Poor seller communication, waited weeks for a response from seller and received no help from Swappa staff. Essentially a scam

Phone in mint condition as in description. shipped fast. Didn't factory reset phone before sending, led to issues. -1 star for sloppy packaging, bubble wrap around phone was loose from not being taped. -1 star for not including the official leather case as described, box for it was empty, not sure what happened.
