My phone finally arrived and I have no issues with it. However, this was my first time using swappa and the experience wasn’t that great. Delivery was not prompt and the seller didn’t have the best communication. If I hadn’t been persistent I feel as though it more than likely would’ve taken longer to get my phone. Swappa staff were great though.

Fast shipping and a beautiful device. Small cosmetic issues (scratch on the top of the device and slight peeling of the finish on the home button), but otherwise in great shape!

I received the phone and after a few days I could tell the screen is slightly defective because it has periods where it doesn't respond to my touch so I have to literally hit the lock button and unlock it for it to respond to my touch. Other than that, the phone is pretty much how its described.

Shipped fast and phone was in tremendous quality!

Arrived as expected. Suggest adding some tape to end of the box.

I was a little disappointed at the shipping time(ordered late night Oct. 8th, received Oct. 15th), considering the seller was only a few hours away from me, but I guess that can be attributed to the USPS's holiday weekend and/or my payment method(PayPal Credit). So, 5 stars.
