Christian was really pleasant to work with and helpful. The iPhone 12 was shipped the same day that I purchased it. The phone's physical condition was as described and it works great. There was a slight hiccup with the phone being carrier locked, but that was just because the carrier forgot to unlock it, so Christian called them and resolved it the same day.
