Very disappointed. Unresponsive and shipped in 10 days even though I paid at time of sell.

I am totally dissatisfied with this Seller. He sent me a water damaged Apple iPhone 4s. I was willing to get another phone even an upgrade to Apple 5c but he has given me the run around. We put a claim in on December 20, 2014 and sent him my e-mail address on three different occasions and still he is asking me for my e-mail address so he can send me a return shipping label??? He has taken 10 days to respond the first time. At this point I don't even trust he will send me another reliable phone and if there is a problem I do not want to go through this again!!!!

Good deal. Phone arrived on time. Looks and functions as described.

While the shipping label was printed quickly, it took 6 days for USPS to report having the device. That being said, the device was in great condition.

Purchased phone as present for christmas, due to shipping issues had to purchase another phone. Returned phone to seller who promptly refunded purchase price.

painful experience. He claimed he shipped it the day after order was placed, but only generated a tracking number. He did not actually deliver it to USPS. I sent him daily emails that went ignored. He didn't respond until I filed a dispute with Paypal. Then I got immediate action. It took him 5 days to deliver it to USPS. But what I ended up receiving was defective. Seller sold a refurbished phone, but noted in the public sale page that it performed flawlessly and had not been modified in anyway. But the screen was replaced with a defective screen. So it was not working properly when we got it. He did offer to rectify it if I sent it back to him, but that would leave us without a phone while that took place. So I had Sprint replace it under their insurance plan.

Bought 3 phones from seller and paid right away Dec 3. Would think after paying $500 + phones would be sent priority ... no! Finally did receive phones. Slow, came by turtle express, but no charger as advertised. Seller did send charger and received Dec 17. Charger came faster than phone.... Not the best customer service, but ...Phones seem OK. 2 weeks

Good seller. The iPhone that TheZakbking sold me was shipped promptly and arrived as advertised, within the estimated window. Recommended.

Do not buy from this guy. The phone was listed in "good condition", what a joke. The buttons were almost broken, came with no charger even though he said FREE CHARGER in the title, and battery was so worn out it drained from 95 to 5 in one day WITHOUT USING IT. And to top it all off, shipping was terrible.

Provided the wrong tracking number, never responded after several requests to post correct number. Shipping took a long time.

Great seller and very responsive!

He sold me a broken phone. Almost no sound from earpiece; turn up the volume all the way and you would barely hear anything. Looked like something got jammed in there and someone tried to clean it out with a knife or paper clip. Luckily Apple saved the day. I want to hope that he didn't know it was broken, but wouldn't you test a phone before you sell it in "good" condition?

Although the device didn't work, the seller offered several accommodating options. The refund was processed quickly and I appreciated that willingness to replace or make whole.

shipping/information was delayed and the home button is not functional.

The seller indicated the phone worked flawlessly, but when received had a minor issue with the volume up button not working. Also, the seller only responded to me once I asked Swappa staff to get involved regarding tracking. Overall, the phone works good and I would just suggest being more responsive to buyers. It makes someone nervous spending a couple hundred dollars and not knowing where the item is in the process. Luckily, this was an issue with USPS tracking and it made it.

Super fast shipping but had a slight problem with the phone. Luckily I was able to fix it.
