Received phone without issue or damage. Mint condition as described. Would have preferred better packaging - phone's original box was inside cardboard envelope loosely without padding and there was a large tear on envelope.

Unit came as expected. I am a little disappointed in the quality of shipping (although it was fast). Wrapping a smart watch in a piece of printer paper and using a soft shipping envelope isn't what I expected and would've been happy to spend a few more dollars to put it in something a little more robust had I known.
