this was my first time using swappa.

i'll start off by saying i live in an area that was affected by hurricane harvey. with that said and everything going on here i didn't even think that post offices, fedex, and ups deliveries were questionable. it just slipped my mind.

this sale could potentially not be completed due to it sitting in a carrier's warehouse... he took a gamble and shipped it anyway. luckily it arrived the very next day!

this guy went above and beyond what he had to do. i can't imagine any future sellers being as nice as him and going the extra mile by giving me additional shipping options. he communicated throughout the whole transaction. the phone is was new-in-box and works flawlessly.

if anyone reads this wants to purchase from him, you will not regret it. i would give him six stars if it were possible.
