Be aware that I purchased a phone that was classified as "mint", but I could see that it had been used (mint is literally " no signs of use " according to Swappa).

That being said, I'm still quite happy and would describe the phone as very very close to mind, but just a hair away from mint. If you MUST have a true mint phone for whatever reason, just double check with this seller - he is honest and will go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you want.
