Very happy with the purchase. Received as described. Having said that, communication and choice of shipping was poor.

Worst Swappa buying experience in my almost 5 years buying/selling on Swappa. Very DISHONEST seller. Misrepresented iPhone. Waited a full week to ship, then recalled package once I filed a dispute, and despite the package never even reaching my city, she held my payment even though the iPhone was in her possession. Had to force a refund via Paypal. This seller acts like an individual, but is actually a representative of a NJ cell phone store. She claims her husband used a Verizon iPhone for 15 days, GSX reports says never activated. Won't provide proof, doesn't respond to Swappa requests, epic failure of this seller. Oh, and it took over a week to ship and seller recalled the iPhone once I filed a dispute for her multiple failures in communication and response. Had to force a Paypal refund when she refused to issue a refund. Avoid this nightmare at all costs if you value your money. Read other negatives, this is not the first time what happened to me happened to other Swappa buyers.

Phone works at this point, rating negative due to not being able to access or activate for 3 days after receiving with it being active under another existing Google account.

The phone came to us locked through iCloud so we had to send it back. The seller did refund us our money and it was a phone in good condition.

Communication : Spotty, customer did not reply to me for 3 Days
Shipped : Customer Did not postmark until 4th Day
One Shipped : Took one week to arrive (UPS Ground, poor choice)
Packed for shipping : Average, really weak box but was in Iphone box for support
Contents accuracty: Very high, device was in like new condition. happy with that.

Overall, im going to round this from a 2.5 to a generous 3. I didn't see any urgency to send this to me. Shipped on a Tuesday night when i bought on a friday early after noon. Not acceptable. Sending UPS ground.....poor choice. Spend the extra $2 and get it out in 2 Day priority. Took me 10 calendar days to get this. But the condition was very nice. Suggestion : Make your customers and orders a priority. You didnt on this transaction and that was dissapoin
