Mix between 2 & 3 *'s based on Swappa's guidelines / suggestions for fair reviews.

Device is in excellent condition. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, it was a hassle to get to this point.

There were communication problems and delays in the beginning.

Transaction was stalled, device was shipped very late. Some of the delay was beyond the seller's control, but not all. Better communications would have improved the issues greatly, but, hey... things happen.

Swappa Device Modifications was listed as not being rooted/rommed.
Device was listed in notes as being 6.0.1 Marshmallow (ROM). Arrived w/ CyanogenMod 13. Shortly after, ran into bootloops (probably user actions :) Took me a 1.5 days to get back into HBOOT and flash to HTC Lollipop, but I plan to putting it right back on CM13.? as soon as I can.

The above tarnishes the overall value, but I am happy with the result.
