Poor communication - I asked for the original receipt/purchase date, and never received a response. Also, the back and palm rests are dirty - I wouldn't consider the device to be in "mint" condition.

Item received, but the side of the keyboard was crack open, the charging cable is not the original cable, and there is some really light scratch on the screen, next time remember to discribe more about the item. Thank you
