phone described as mint "Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear" but had drop/gouge mark on corner side (not really visible on photo or description) - phone otherwise working good though so just would have not used mint description of phone as pricing was paid for mint vs good condition.

The phone was in the condition as described. The price was so good that it is hard to not give a positive. However, they ship through USPS at a level where you can't track the phone through the shipping process. It took over a week to arrive and the whole time it was impossible to see any progress.
