Phone was shipped fast, photos accurate, IMEI and lot# were correct. Memory was 64 GB instead of 128. Seller offered: to provide a discount or replace the phone. I chose replacement. Seller disappeared for 6 days. After contacting support, seller provided return shipping label. "Send To" field was correct, "Send From" instead of mine represented some other address in the city of seller. Zone of shipping was incorrect too. I requested correct label (didn't want any issues with return shipping). Seller rejected. I had to escalate to support once again. This time it took 7 days for the seller to get back. He assured he takes full responsibility for shipping issues that might happen. I had to use incorrect label to ship the phone back. After tracking displayed successful delivery, there were no updates for 1 week. I had to escalate the issue to support the third time. Seller issued full refund. On my side I have always replied on time. Lost 30 days and got a refund instead of replacement

Phone came with calling issues, charged me 20% stocking fee + shipping for the return.

The device did not perform as advertised. There were issues with the device requiring a return. The seller offered to exchange the device if another device from their store were purchased. I did so, however the replacement device cost more. Although it was agreed in a direct message with the seller that the increase would be refunded, that did not happen. Overall this experience was riddled with issues. While I do not expect this to be the typical scenario, this was my experience. Verifying the original device operated properly before selling it, could have avoided this entire ordeal.
