Phone was not in the condition stated. Seller was quick to respond and send a shipping label for return. However, now experiencing slow response for refund and/or shipment of new phone. Will update review if I am able to purchase the correct quality of phone through them.

Item arrived swiftly, and visual condition was as described. But the phone has a clear problem with its microphone and the speaker is very quiet even at full volume. Can't really take a call on it without using a bluetooth, which leaves me a bit frustrated overall.

It is barely scratched, just dirty. I love that the battery health is almost 100% and it looks practically brand new. This was a great price and if I need another phone I will go with Envirotel.
