Untrustworthy seller, avoid them. I returned a phone to them and they claimed they never received it and refused to give a refund. They said they would only provide a refund if I provided tracking info, which they never stated was needed in their return instructions given prior to me shipping the item back to them. What is more likely - the package was lost in transit (I've never had any other piece of mail go missing) or they received it and kept my money since I couldn't prove they received it? With so many other sellers, I'd put my trust in someone else.

This sale could have gone smoother, but the seller stood by their sale and ultimately a device was delivered and is functional.

Shipped quickly and the phone was in perfect condition. Was extremely happy with the transaction.

Over all seller was fast with shipping, and was a easy buy. However I need to make contact with the seller, this phone has a software issue it freezes randomly many times during the day. Also the auto rotate is the biggest issue, when you put it on full screen it freezes the most and you cant get it off it and have to power the phone off and back on. I would like a refund, or another phone. The screen will not stay locked when on a phone call, the sensor is not registering that it is against something, like a ear. So it turns on Bluetooth, flashlight, opens apps, and even disconnects calls.

Phone is pretty decent. There is a pretty large scratch in the upper right corner of the screen that I would say is more the "minor wear and tear" rest of the is in nice condition. Little bit bummed about the large screen scratch. Seems to function well.

This phone was pretty cool when i got it in the mail. I was super excited about it. But after having the phone for about a month i've been starting to get wifi and bluetooth error messages. I am lucky if i can use them for 2 minutes or at all.
