Rafael literally bent over backwards to help me with this tablet. The tablet came with a security feature that would not allow me to use it until it had the previous owner's information. Neither of us were aware of this when the tablet was shipped.

Rafael spent a couple of hours texting back and forth with me while talking to Google and HTC before we finally got this resolved. Thanks to his patience and persistence I have a working tablet now.

I would not hesitate to purchase from this swappa user again.
