Seller was great. Phone was at least as good as described (listed as good, seems like new). I was having trouble activating on sprint due to it being a used phone. Sprint asked me to have old owner check with his carrier to make sure EIN was properly released. I have no idea if this was the actual problem (Sprint is weird), but seller immediately did what I asked and responded promptly, and I was able to get phone activated quickly. Thanks again!
