The phone arrived in good condition. However, the package was delivered 2 weeks late. USPS did not update their tracking, therefore I did not know where the package was or when it was delivered. The seller communicated with me during this time. I decided to ask for a refund since I had not received the package. But ended up receiving it right after I got my refund. So I paid the seller back through PayPal.

I received the laptop and charger on Monday. For some reason the USPS box was ripped open. Thankfully, the taped bubblewrap protected both items. Thanks!!

Update 11/25/2020: We've had continual problems with the laptop. Often with the HD. Today, we took the laptop into Apple Genius Bar, and found out the SSD is a replaced HD, not the original HD. We're disappointed after losing 2 weeks of work to find this out.
